A Few Recruiter Job Disappearing

If you were to ask me if Recruiter Jobs were disappearing, I would say… “That depends.” I looked up some stats (Courtesy of Indeed.com) and did a quick side by side comparison. If you look at jobs that have the title “Recruiter,” then there is a definite negative trend there. If you look at jobs titled “Professional Recruiter” and “IT Recruiter,” then you may have some reason for paranoia if those titles describe what you do. (Yikes!)

Are Recruiter jobs dissappearing?

However, if you recruit in the Healthcare fields, then it looks like you are quite busy. This is especially true if you are looking to hire Physicians. (Aye Caramba!) If you are a “HR Recruiter” you might want to lay low and try to ride this storm out because (by the chart) I don’t see much sunshine heading your way. I suppose the same could be said for Executive Recruiters as well. Actually, these days, I would steer Executive Recruiters towards hiring Doctors which should not be too difficult a transition.

Anyways, here are a few charts to consider. Please review and let me know what you think?
