One of the questions I get quite often by students is about HR certification prep materials specifically for SHRM and HRCI. Our Ace the HR Exam program works with any and all HR certification resources – including programs like the SHRM Learning System and HRCP.
Best HR Certification Books for HR Leaders and Administrative Assistants
HR certification prep is a marathon and not a sprint. I want to stress this because there are no short cuts to HR certification prep. Understanding the information on the exams takes time. In my HR certification prep work, I recommend that students use no less than three different HR certification prep resources to allow for information to be presented to the student not only differently but to allow for a more comprehensive knowledge and information set giving you the best chance to pass your HR certification exams. This is because SHRM or HRCI even with their exam overviews meaning the SHRM BaSK or HRCI’s BoK, are not all encompassing and comprehensive. Both certifying bodies are not going to give you a comprehensive list of the terms and information that could be on the exam. The following contains affiliate links. Know these are highly curated.
