For the past four years I have been blogging with a goal of 8 times a month and no regular schedule. And that strategy has been good to me.
But maybe it’s time to change.
Over the last few months, I have been employing a more targeted blogging and SEO strategy including keywords like human resources blogger, hr training employment law, and human resources recruiting.
And so, this week I’ve started to experiment with things. I have began blogging on a daily basis. Now at 5 times a week.
Will this strategy work? I don’t know. My goal is to demonstrate to potential clients that I can create interesting and relevant content that will entice them to work with me on a consulting basis while still engaging my regular readership and audience with topics, conversations, and information the way I always have.
And maybe drive some new web traffic in the process, sell some books, and have 3 times more fun.
Blog. Rinse. Repeat.
And so I Blog. Rinse. Repeat.
Where this strategy will take me is anyone’s guess. If it works for companies like Apple and Alka Seltzer maybe it will work for Blogging4Jobs. And so I blog to remove what separates me and thinking about my audience. Thinking about what else do they need that I am best suited to provide? By blogging daily I will surround my community with appealing options to use again and again and again.
Afterall my goal has always been HR greatness and to help change the HR and Recruiting industry one tweet, Facebook post, and blog at a time.
And so it’s back to. . . Blog. Rinse. Repeat.
