…I developed the most with the leaders who most wanted to help me develop?

…I stuck by the leaders who stuck by me?

…I was honest and straightforward with the leaders who were honest and straightforward with me?

…I went above and beyond for the leaders who went above and beyond for me?

…I liked the leaders who liked me?

 

Is it an amazing coincidence…

…the employees I placed my trust in were the exact same employees who trusted me?

…the employees I believed in were the ones who believed in me?

…the employees I cared about were the ones who cared about me?

…the employees I gave the benefit of the doubt to were the ones who gave the benefit of the doubt to me?

…the employees I most wanted to help develop were the ones who most wanted to be developed?

…the employees I stuck by were the one who stuck by me?

… the employees I was honest and straightforward with were honest and straightforward with me?

…the employees I went above and beyond for went above and beyond for me?

Is it an amazing coincidence? Probably not.
