It’s not uncommon in the new year to start off with reflecting on the past and thinking about what will happen in the new year. As an HR and recruiting thought leader, I get asked what my predictions, important trends, and reflections are for the industry all the time. That’s all well and good. I’m thankful for the opportunity, and I appreciate the inclusion and mention in their lists. However, I think it’s time for a change.
I want to hear your 2019 predictions for HR and recruitment. What do you see as most significant, interesting, or a trend that we are moving towards? Maybe you have three or two or seven that you feel very strongly about.
