Inspired by Tracey Parsons’ panel on women-led businesses at HR Tech, we want to create a directory of female-led HR business. Tracey is co-founder at WORQDRIVE, president at Parsons Strategic Consulting, and the co-creator of CredHive, WORQDRIVE’s predecessor.
“What’s Procurement Have to Do With It? Women-Owned Businesses in HR Tech” – Consider your tech stack or vendor partners – how many are owned or led by women? The global pandemic has had an intractable effect on women and that includes women-owned businesses. We’re paying closer attention to inclusivity and how to support each other in the workplace, but what about the vendors and partners you work with? How can we encourage more women to start and lead HR and HR tech firms? Join these female HR-business owners as they open your eyes to the obstacles and inequality that exist within our industry and learn how to – and why you should – find, partner and support women-owned businesses in HR tech.
Why Contribute?
This list is for ANYONE in the HR space who wants to support women-owned, led, and founded businesses so that we can help close the gender gap in our industry. Statistics show that female leaders are more likely to support other female leaders, and we’d love to get a searchable index to help you do that. If you are, or if you know of an HR business that is female-founded or female-led, please submit via the form below.
