He has been quoted as an expert on recruitment trends in numerous publications including the CNN.com, Forbes.com, CNBC.com, The Wall Street Journal, US News & World Report, The Dallas Morning News, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, Thestreet.com and The Washington Post. Brendan began his career as Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch where he spent over 5 years in the private client group. He moved into the recruitment sector in 2002 when he joined jobsinthemoney.com the leading job site for financial and accounting professionals. He was the Head of Sales at jobsinthemoney until early 2006 and helped to substantially grow the business. He then joined indeed.com as the Senior Director of Sales. He was one of the first employees at Indeed and he helped to grow the sales team and the revenue significantly.
