Workology Launches #HR Benchmark Survey in Collaboration with HiBob

Workology began in 2005 and has been committed to providing resources for HR and workplace leaders who are tired of the status quo. With more than 8,000 published articles, podcasts, webinars, and videos we are focused on providing workplace practitioners with the information, knowledge, and support they need to be successful. 

In an effort to continue supporting the HR community into a new year we have partnered with our friends at HiBob to launch the HR Benchmark Survey.

This survey was created to help you analyze the rapid evolution of HR and see how your HR strategy and programs compare to HR leaders in other companies. This is an “always-on” benchmark you can come back to anytime you’re planning or initiating changes to make an even greater impact on your business.

HR benchmarking uses both quantitative and qualitative data to make comparisons between and within organizations, sectors, industries, roles, practices, and processes.
