WHO WE ARE

👋 Hi, I’m Jess. I’m the founder of Workology.

In 2005, I started a blog that became the premier HR learning destination for disruptive HR and workplace leaders. I left my corporate job in 2009 and dove head first into being an entrepreneur whose mission it was to support HR.

My team and I have made it our mission to elevate HR and workplace leaders everywhere with more training, support, and resources to help them do their jobs better. We reach nearly 1 MILLION leaders monthly. My team of wordsmiths, course creators, HR experts, and marketers offer training and learning to our community AND we help our HR tech and service provider clients with content creation, demand generation, market insights and support.

Why are we different? We’re quirky. We are fun, and we obsess about HR. I’m incredibly direct but kind. You’ll always know exactly where you stand with me. At a conference you’ll find me at the bar talking about the latest in HR.
