Very interesting info graphics, companies are using social media extensively in their recruiting campaigns which takes them much closer to Hiring the best fit. Also when you have more parameters to forecast, it gives boost to your HR initiatives.

We emphasize quite a bit on social media and I’m surprised more agencies don’t use it to be perfectly honest. The national companies and job boards seem to have a handle on it but a lot of local companies don’t seem to focus on it as much.

    Very good infographic though.
