I have thought about doing this very thing… but the question is… who will actually take the time to view this as a PPT or other file? I understand that it may be attention getting… but would HR managers take the time to view it? I don’t know, I am asking that myself.

Good point, Malcolm. I think the way you market yourself certainly depends on the industry you are in and the position you want to obtain.

A resume like this would certainly get my attention if I was looking for a hard to fill position like a graphic designer or information technology position. Video resumes are also very popular but I prefer the slide show because it allows for more creative marketing from the job seeker.

    Thanks for the comment!! Jessica

If you would send this to an HR Director… would you send it as a PPT, video, PDF or what type of file?

Would you send this in addition to your resume? Could you place a hyperlink to your resume for the person to click on and download the resume?
