Less than a year after its official launch, ResumeBear has become a force in the online job board marketplace. With a patent pending technology that notifies job seekers instantly when their resumes have been opened or forwarded, ResumeBear has continued to build its resources and tools for their users, now numbering over 100,000 daily visitors and more than one million registered users.
To continue to augment their user experience, ResumeBear has added more robust job board functionality for both the job seeker and the employer. “Our goal is to keep the user experience as easy as possible, both for our job seekers and our employers, while providing the functions to help them both be successful,” said Heather Brebaugh, President of ResumeBear. “We will continue to add features in response to our users’ needs, while maintaining an uncluttered site that is easy to navigate.”
Capping off this round of enhancements the new Success Center provides a central hub for additional resources for job seekers. Features such as a professional interview simulation and preparatory video, access to a career assessment tool to help job seekers identify potential career paths, and a downloadable mobile application to use the patent pending tracking technology on-the-go, now provide the ResumeBear job seekers with more tools than ever before.
