How do I find out more about LEARN by Workology?
You can access our HR Recertification Plan page to select the subscription plan that’s right for you. Currently, we offer a free product, a monthly individual plan, an annual individual plan, and a team plan. For HR Certification, we are a SHRM-approved provider of the SHRM Learning System. For more information, see HR Certification Pricing and Offerings. Our classes are held online and are accessible during class time or on-demand.
What type of resources and support does your HR Certification Class provide?
Our HR Certification Preparation Class for SHRM-SCP and SHRM-CP includes facilitation by SHRM-certified experts. We offer 36 hours of course instruction as well as access to a private Facebook group, SHRM Certification podcast, online quizzes, flashcards, and more to prepare for the SHRM Certification Exam. How do I log in to LEARN?
Where can I get a receipt of my purchase of LEARN by Workology?
When you make your first purchase, you should receive an email with a receipt. Receipts are always available on your member dashboard at View Past Invoices. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email copy of your invoice.
How do I access my course certificates with the SHRM and HRCI recertification codes?
Once you complete a LEARN course, we will email you a certification of completion. You can also access your certificates by visiting the course directory and selecting the course you completed. Then select the button “print certificate” to access your certificate.
Where do I find your HRCI business credits?
We currently offer 23 courses with business credits for those who are SPHR certified. You can click here to access the directory (members only) and click the “business credits” drop-down menu to see all the courses approved for business credits with HRCI.

How often do you add new courses?
We currently offer 70+ courses on LEARN by Workology. Our goal is to add new courses each quarter with a commitment of creating content for the modern HR and recruiting leader.
