We hope that LEARN by Workology will be a long-term HR and recruiting resource that helps you upskill on your own terms, but we understand that there may be situations in which you would like to cancel your membership. In that case, we want to help you make the cancellation as easy as possible, and we hope you will consider us again should your needs change in the future.
How to Cancel Your Subscription to LEARN by Workology
Step 1: Log In
As part of setting up your LEARN account, you chose an account password. Use this password, along with your email address, to log into LEARN by visiting workology.com/register-2/your-membership/. If you forgot your password, use the link at the bottom of the login screen to recover it.
Step 2: Look for a “Cancel Your Subscription” Link
Once you’re logged in, check your course dashboard to see if it includes a link for canceling your subscription. If it does, click the link and follow the prompts. If it does not, proceed to step 3.
Step 3: Email Us
In some cases, your account may not be configured for automatic cancellation. In this case, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your cancellation in 48 business hours or less.
Step 4: Enjoy The Remainder of Your Subscription
Your subscription to LEARN by Workology is billed monthly. If you cancel in the middle of a month, your automatic renewal will end but you will still have access to LEARN content until the end of that month. For example, if you cancel on June 15, you will have access to LEARN until June 30 and you will not be billed for the month of July.
