Session Description:

“The number of American workers quitting their jobs hit record highs in November, with 4.5 million people walking off the job” (Bureau of Labor Statistics Report).” Empathy is a skill every one can build whether it’s empathy for ourselves or for the teams with lead and support. The impact of being a more empathetic leader extends beyond lower turnover and higher employee retention rates and extends to higher productivity and mental wellness.

Sessions attendees will practice activities, a session workbook, and work together in breakout rooms. Be prepared for an interactive experience like you have never experienced on a Workology webinar and online learning event.

This webinar is pre-approved for 1.0 business HRCI and SHRM recertification credits.
