The world views HR in different interesting and sometimes pathetic ways.  Maybe your boss thinks of you as the party planner, flip flop police, or the bathroom monitor.  I like to think that over the last few years our industry has changed for the better.  We’ve eased up, let our hair down, and learned to have a little fun at the office.  And then I find infographics like the one below.

The world views HR in an often surprising way.  I’ve often said that HR has a PR problem and I still believe we do.  How can we change the perception of HR?  And is it worth our time?
