Five Ways to Support Mental Health and Avoid Employee Burnout

Session Description:

As the country and global economy begins a slow pandemic recovery, our employees are experiencing increased levels of stress, anxiety and other mental health disabilities.

This session discusses the subject of mental health and five ways in which employers can support employees in access to resources, information, and support on the subject of mental health. Session attendees will receive insights from a Mental Health Therapist and Certified Life Coach on how HR, businesses, and leaders can support employees with a mental health disability. Additionally, Annette, our speaker will discuss the subject of employee burnout and how PTSD, anxiety, and stress impact employees performance and business productivity. 

This session is pre-approved for 1.0 HRCI General Credit and SHRM Credit.
