Mike provides us insights into the differences between exempt and non-exempt employees. He shares with us why this is important when it comes the Fair Labor Standards Act. This podcast episode discusses the changes from the FLSA that will impact hundreds of thousands or even millions of employees. Exempt level employees that full beneath the new salary threshold will either have their salaries increased to the new minimum and remain an exempt level employee or will be eligible for overtime pay as a non-exempt level employee.
