EPISODE 5: THREE (MORE) NEW EMERGING HR TECHNOLOGIES: TALENTCIRCLES, RECRUITIFI & REPPIFY
In preparation for this week’s HR Technology conference, this special episode focuses on three additional mini interviews with three founders and CEOs. All three of our CEOs are at different phases of the growth and development of their new emerging HR technology product or products. And every single product is approaching the HR industry differently but all three are using technology to help hire, engage and develop our most valuable business asset, the employee.
MEET MARYLENE DELBOURG-DELPHIS (@MDDELPHIS), CEO OF TALENTCIRCLES
Marylene Delbourg-Delphis is the CEO of TalentCircles. Her HR technology company helps organizations to create their privately owned and fully branded talent network. Users are able to source, and engage and recruit candidates into a platform that is fully owned and customizable focused on building relationships with candidates regardless of if their is a current job opening or posting. Marylene has deep roots in Silicon Valley having co-founded a subsidiary company with Guy Kawasaki. She says she and her team have built TalentCircles based on their own experiences hiring and developing teams. Swing back the TalentCircles (Booth 1347) at HR Technology conference.
MEET BRIN MCCAGG (@RecruitiFi), CEO OF RECRUITIFI
Recruitifi’s CEO, Brin McCagg talked with me about their new technology and how it is helping to improve recruiting efficiencies by leveraging existing third party recruiters to fill positions in days instead of weeks or even months. Companies with more than 5,000 employees are now taking an average of 58.1 days to fill an opening (link listed in resources). Brin is experienced having founded four different technology companies. He has a solid understanding of the human capital industry. Make sure to listen to Brin’s insights into the technology industry as well Recruitifi’s approach to the industry concerning venture investments. They are holding off on investment capital in the before the business begins to grow and they start scaling.
MEET CHIRAG NANGIA (@chinangia), CEO OF REPPIFY
Chirag Nangia, Reppify’s CEO is just one of those guys you can grab a beer with and just have a great time talking. He and his team have taken their time to really hone their product and take customer feedback and suggestions very seriously. Reppify is a social referral platform that provides an effective way to leverage social media to drive candidates to openings from your employee population at the workplace. The 2014 CareerXRoads Source of Hire survey (link below) found that employee referrals were the highest candidate source of hire at nearly 20%. Chirag’s background working in large enterprise at IBM in the areas of metrics and social media has helped shape and mold Reppify into the product it is today. For more information about Reppify stop by their Booth 1243 at the HR Technology Conference.
