Since 2007, Blogging4Jobs has been committed to providing digital resources for the HR and recruiting communities. It’s time to try something new which is why I’m launching a series of conferences for the small to medium sized business HR and recruiting communities. The conference is called “HRetreat” and is a different kind of HR conference focused on providing resources, information and building connections among small to medium sized business HR teams. This conference is for senior level HR and recruiting professionals who work at companies up to 2,500 employees. We provide an intimate atmosphere focused on learning, relationships and the sharing of resources and knowledge among peers to drive change not just at your company but also the industry. The conference is designed to accommodate 200-400 attendees.

Our first event is going to be held April 7-8, 2016, in Dallas, Texas. This is our first ever call for presentations. We want to hear from practitioners, consultants and technologies who are focused on adding value, resources and driving great conversations for an extremely important HR and recruiting community.
