Because dealing with a global pandemic for the past two years means that we haven’t had as many in-person events. I wanted to make sure that I made time to connect with new friends and old in the human capital technology space. I started Virtual HR Analyst Day in November of 2020 as a way for HR technology companies and services to connect with me and other influencers and analysts. Our virtual events have been so successful that we’re doing it for the fourth time!

I’m excited to announce the second HR Analyst Day ( where myself and Ben Eubanks are offering an opportunity to have a HR tech briefing with you. It’s a virtual HR briefing for 30 minutes on April 18-19th, 2022, hosted by Workology and Lighthouse Research and Advisory. We’ve opened up our calendars for 20 briefings. 

How to Apply to HR Analyst Day

This virtual event pairs you with HCM Analysts, (Ben and I) in a digital briefing format designed to connect you to leading human capital analysts in a comfortable yet accessible setting. Share product updates, company announcements, and other enhancements virtually and online. You’ll complete a short application to express your interest and Ben and I will be reviewing applications. We will notify you of your acceptance and send you some available times to connect. Both Ben and I will be meeting with you together, and I’m looking forward to hearing your updates.

We are former HR practitioners turned industry analysts, entrepreneurs, thought leaders and researchers who love human capital. We’re excited to open up our calendars for briefings for 20 companies to top and hear about your updates, changes, and thoughts on key trends in talent acquisition, education and workforce technologies. 

What is An HR Analyst Briefing?

For those of you who aren’t familiar with analyst briefings, these are common in the HR industry, and over the past 10 years, I’ve done thousands of briefings. It’s a great way for me and Ben to stay up to date on the new HR technology companies, find out what’s changed, and hear from members of product, executive and marketing teams about what’s happening now and what products and features are on the roadmap.
